Where do you currently ship?

We ship to all U.S. states.


When will I receive my order?

Each book is printed on demand, which means it is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • UPS Ground: Orders are typically printed and shipped within ~3 business days
  • USPS Media Mail: Production can take 5–10 business days, depending on current print volume

Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on your location and the selected carrier. Media Mail is the most economical option, but can take longer in transit.

You’ll automatically receive tracking as soon as your order ships.


My order says it shipped, but tracking isn’t updating

This is normal.

Once a shipping label is created, it can take 24–48 hours for USPS or UPS to scan the package into their system and begin showing tracking updates.

If you don’t see movement after a couple of days, feel free to reach out and I’ll take a closer look.


Why does my tracking say “USPS awaiting item”?

Some shipments move through a partner network (such as UPS Mail Innovations) before being handed off to USPS for final delivery.

During this time, tracking may show that USPS is still awaiting the package, even though it is actively moving between facilities.

Once USPS receives the package, tracking will update with more detailed delivery information.


Is this book written by AI?

No. Each book is written by the author from lived experience.


Do I need to use AI to read or benefit from the book?

No.

The books are complete, standalone companions for grief and can be used entirely on their own.

Some readers choose to use optional AI-supported prompts mentioned in the book for additional reflection, but this is not required in any way.


Can I return my book?

Because each book is printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 15 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


What if I receive the wrong book?

If there’s ever a mix-up, please send a photo along with your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases due to the print-on-demand nature of the books.

However, if there is an issue with your order (damage, defect, or incorrect item), we will take care of it.


Is the author available for interviews or media?

Yes.
